At this stage, I get to use my creative skills and collaborate with you to create a unique design that perfectly captures your vision for your dream garden. Through detailed drawings and thoughtful collaboration, I'll help bring your ideas to life.

This is the culmination of the design process that includes all the relevant details for
construction with individual detailed plans for each component.

The plan includes elevations, perspectives, planting plans and a
landscape specification plan with all the relevant information for construction.

The plans also include material schedules, layout plans for construction, irrigation plans,
lighting plans, furniture recommendations and landscape construction details.

While I don’t carry out landscape construction, through my strong network in the industry I will help you find the most suitable construction company to take on the contract, working with them to provide you with a quote and schedule for works

I understand the importance of complying with local regulations, and we will handle all of the necessary paperwork and submissions to ensure that your project meets all legal requirements.

3D lifelike renders and fly throughs can be provided with the concept design for an additional fee. Every concept design incorporates conceptual elevations and perspectives to help you visualise the design.
