Initially a Chemistry student, I worked part-time as a gardener to support myself at university.
What was meant to be a means to an end proved to be a starting point for my passion for
horticulture, and ultimately led to choosing an alternate career path in landscape design and
horticulture. Pivoting to a Diploma of Horticulture and a Diploma of Landscape Design, I
completed my studies and began gaining experience at several firms before choosing to
undertake design work under my own name in 2022.
I now have over 10 years’ experience as a horticulturist and landscape designer, as well as
experience working in landscape construction. I also have experience teaching Landscape
Design at TAFE. Based in Melbourne and regional Victoria, I have worked on a range of projects across
the state and participated in the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show on several
occasions, including receiving a Bronze Medal at the 2024 show.
My design approach is contemporary and creative with a focus on planting as a key expression of
the garden’s intent. I offer various services in design and horticulture.
